Exchanges, Returns/Cancellations, and Refunds
Right of Withdrawal – The customer has 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return/cancellation from the date of receipt. Simply send an email to contato@maarartelier.com with the subject "Exchange or Return – Order [include your request and order number]". In the body of the email, include your full name, order number, and the reason for the exchange or return.
The Maar team will review the request and, if approved, will send a return shipping authorization so the product can be returned.
Our pieces are handcrafted, exclusive, and some are one-of-a-kind. They may also be personalized or customized based on customer requests. All items are made to order via our website, and therefore, exchanges or returns are not accepted for unique or customized items made to order.
Exceptions (cases where exchanges and returns/cancellations are not accepted):

Personalized items (such as jewelry engraved with names or messages) and/or made to order, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Earrings, hoops, and piercings cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened, for hygiene and/or health protection reasons.

Customers may not request returns for items marked as final sale.
Once the item is received by us, it will be inspected, and if it meets the return conditions, the exchange or return will be approved. The product must be in perfect condition, unworn, with the original tag (if applicable), and the invoice included in the box.
For exchanges, the amount paid will be issued as store credit or, if the customer prefers, we can send another product (of similar or equal value). For returns, the refund will be issued using the original payment method (within 14 days).
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns: Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
